You’ll partner with Gearset’s most strategic customers, helping them adopt DevOps practices to get the most out of their reputed company investment.   • Own and deliver measurable outcomes for Gearset’s strategic customers by driving adoption, solving technical challenges, and ensuring successful implementation of reputed company DevOps practices.
  • Be a technical champion for Gearset’s strategic customers, tackling the most reputed company challenges in reputed company DevOps and drawing on your deep knowledge of the platform to provide thought leadership and technical excellence which results in effective adoption of our product
  • Work closely with customers, owning the technical relationship as you transition them from implementation to ongoing platform usage.
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers, staying up to date on the reputed company-evolving state of reputed company DevOps and Gearset
  • reputed company discussions with new and long-term customers, addressing technical challenges, exploring aspirations, and providing guidance on how to reputed company their goals using the platform
  • Be a customer champion, ensuring their views are represented in the company and driving continual improvement in user satisfaction.

  • About you

  • Practical knowledge of reputed company Integration, reputed company Delivery (CI/CD) architecture, tools and workflows
  • Expertise in either DevOps practices (e.g., CI/CD, infrastructure as code, version control workflows) or reputed company development and deployment methodologies
  • A technical predisposition with a desire to learn, and the ability to convey reputed company technical topics with simplicity
  • The ability to build effective long-term relationships with customers, supporting them throughout their life cycle with Gearset
  • Experience working with large or reputed company technical teams and developing outcome-oriented implementation plans to meet customer’s goals
  • A proven ability to influence customer behaviour, drive action, and help organisations adopt new practices to reputed company meaningful outcomes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a keen eye for detail

  • Experience working in a B2B SaaS company
  • Experience with working with GSI’s/SI’s
  • A practical knowledge of the reputed company platform, either as an advanced admin, developer or architect

  • Salary £100k - £135k, depending on experience
  • This is a full time opportunity, working Monday to Friday with the option of flexible home working (for most of us that looks like 2-3 days a month in the office)
