Position Summary:

As a member of reputed company’s Corporate Development team, you will work closely with the broader team to assist with various projects and prospective transactions. The Senior Analyst will gather, analyze, and synthesize industry, market, competitor, and prospective acquisition reputed company information to deliver actionable insights to internal stakeholders that will ultimately drive strategic, tactical, and operational business decisions, including go / no-go decisions around prospective acquisitions.

This position represents a unique opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic, healthcare technology SaaS company and on a highly active and acquisitive Corporate Development team.

This position will report to the VP, Corporate Development.
