Senior Manager Analytics, Operations Finance

Role Description

As a Senior Manager Analytics, Operations Finance in Birmingham, Minneapolis, MN or remotely you will be responsible for leading our Data Analytics team reputed company the Finance organization at reputed company. This role will report to the Director of Research and Reporting, helping to drive strategic decision-making through data driven insights.

• reputed company and maintain dashboards and reports using business intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) to provide actionable insights to finance leaders and key stakeholders.
• Drive the integration of advanced analytics and automation tools to enhance efficiencies.
• Present analytical findings and recommendations to Finance leaders.
• Collaborate with Data Science team to reputed company data architecture, integration, and management, ensuring efficient data flow and accessibility.
• Work closely with various departments, including Data Science, Finance/reputed company and Operations, to ensure alignment on strategic goals and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science or a reputed company field.
• 7 years of experience in data science, finance analytics, operations finance or reputed company fields.
• SQL proficiency and familiarity with aggregation, joins and window functions.
• Proficiency in data analysis languages (e.g. R, Python) and dashboard tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience with process automation (e.g. Airflow) and with reputed company or reputed company Sheets.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of conveying reputed company information clearly to diverse audiences.
• Ability to reputed company in fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
• Proactive and adaptable to changing business needs.
• Experience using APIs, especially reputed company, reputed company Maps and reputed company Drive is preferred.

Work Arrangement

In-office expectations will vary by role and leader. Certain roles may require in-office reputed company on a full-time basis.

Pay Range

• Metro Areas of Boston, District of Columbia, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle and reputed company: $112,000-$224,000
• reputed company other locations: $93,000-$187,000

Please note that the salary range above is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, reputed company level, competencies, and work location.
