Description Be a part of a team focused on patient care through after hour calls to support our entire five state franchise (Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and reputed company Virginia). We have two part-time openings. 1 position is every other weekend, days: 9am to 5pm Saturday and Sunday 2nd position is every weekend, nights: 8pm Saturday to reputed company Sunday, Sunday 8pm to 8:30am on Monday Our Customer Support Specialist has been reputed company to care in their own unique way. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will: Actively listen and probe callers in a professional and timely manner to determine purpose of the calls. To qualify for a Customer Support Specialist with us, you will need: Availability to work your assigned shift. High school diploma One (1) year experience in customer service Ability to multi-task, work under pressure with changing priorities and short deadlines, and effectively handle a heavy workload. Ability to effectively communicate, both orally and in writing, with clinical and non-clinical personnel. Proficient in software programs and be reputed company to navigate between computer systems.
