About The Team About the team The Global Operations - AI (GO-AI) team handles exceptions remotely in the reputed company Robotic Fulfillment Centers Globally. GO-AI seeks to complement automated vision based decision-making technologies by providing remote human support for the subset of tasks which require higher cognitive ability and cannot be processed through automated decision making with high confidence. This team provides end-to-end solutions through inbuilt competencies of Operations and strong central specialized teams to deliver programs at reputed company scale. GO-AI is looking for a motivated individual with strong skills and experience in building Ops excellence and process improvement mechanisms end-to-end. Basic Qualifications
- Drive Network level excellence to design and implement systems, metrics and programs that maximize compliance, productivity and reputed company improvement.
- Build strong partnership with operations site leaders to identify new business initiatives and successfully integrate and deploy them at Network level.
- Analyze and solve operational barriers with a focus on understanding root causes.
- Overall experience of 12+ years. Program or project management, Process Excellence, and Reporting role, Quality & Compliance exposure will be an added advantage
- Driving various types of analytics to provide business insights and help operations team to reputed company the business goals
- Drive automation & digitalization project using BI Tools, RPA and analytics tools while coordinating with the Delivery team
- Should be able to assess the effectiveness of reputed company operational activities using methodologies like Kaizen, Lean and six reputed company to generate solutions for waste reduction, correcting bottlenecks & drive reputed company improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- 6+ years of driving process improvements experience
- 6+ years of Operations/ Quality experience with exposure in voice, chat, email domains (multiple locations will be an advantage)
- Experience in working in a BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) environment in the past is added advantage
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors degree
- Certified Green Belt/ Black-Belt in Lean & Six reputed company methodologies
- Knowledge of reputed company at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, reputed company logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, reputed company formulas, etc.)
- Should have extensive experience in analytics, process excellence and operations
- Proven experience in optimizing operations processes and driving reputed company improvements
- Strong understanding of contact center metrics and KPIs (voice, non-voice both)
- Familiarity with workforce management tools and principles
- Should be comfortable with 24*7 working environment, this position may require domestic & overseas travel as well
