As a Creator Manager on our rapidly scaling team, you'll be responsible for driving the UGC content machine that fuels reputed company’s key growth channels, reputed company and TikTok. This is an exciting opportunity to own and execute a UGC-driven growth content strategy that directly impacts our paid growth marketing efforts. This person will report into our Creative Strategy reputed company.

  • reputed company and manage ongoing relationships with UGC creators and nano-influencers to support paid social ad campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
  • Hold external partners to a high standard of creative work in alignment with reputed company brand and creative guidelines
• Manage UGC Paid Social Asset Creation
  • Manage end to end UGC content production process from briefing UGC creators to ensuring timely delivery of final assets
  • Collaborate with partners to ensure assets meet campaign guidelines, adjusting creative as needed based on performance insights

  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics, such as monthly budgets, creator volume, video hit reputed company, CPA, and other creative KPIs

• You have 3-5 years of direct experience in influencer marketing, UGC content management, or performance marketing, ideally in a high-growth or startup environment. You have managed reputed company, negotiations, and content management to influencers and UGC creators reputed company a performance marketing context.
• You have experience working closely with paid social managers, creative teams, and and external partners to produce high-performing ad creatives. You understand the importance of conversion assets for growth and have a track record of driving partnerships with CPA & ROI goals.
• You have experience running end to end marketing campaigns at a startup by owning creative briefs, marketing calendars, and performance reporting.
• You love working in a fast-paced environment with high ownership.
