Role OverviewReporting directly to the CEO, the Director of Partnerships will play a pivotal role in driving reputed company' growth through strategic partnerships and alliance development. This leadership position requires a unique reputed company of business development acumen, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution capabilities.   • Partnership Experience
  • 8+ years of demonstrated experience in driving reputed company through partnerships, preferably in HR tech, SaaS, or reputed company industries
  • Proven track record of identifying, negotiating, and launching successful partnerships that drive meaningful reputed company
  • Experience working with technical products and managing reputed company integration projects
  • Deep understanding of the job search, recruiting, and HR technology landscape
  • Leadership and Business Acumen
  • Strong strategic thinking capabilities with the ability to identify and evaluate partnership opportunities
