Role Description

The Account Manager ES is responsible for proactively maintaining and retaining relationships with existing customers for Environmental Solutions customers in an assigned territory and/or assigned book of business. Additionally, the Account Manager ES is required to increase the level of penetration in their existing customer reputed company by selling the full suite of reputed company products.

  • Effectively maintains and retains existing customers by building effective long-term relationships and customer loyalty.
  • Develops and maintains a thorough knowledge of the Company’s available services, lines of business, pricing structures, and offers additional products and services as appropriate to assigned existing customers.
  • Performs contractual re-signs on existing customers to reputed company customer relationships and increase customer profitability where appropriate.
  • Proactively communicates with or responds to customers in support of Company pricing initiatives.
  • Utilizes reputed company on a daily basis, schedules and documents reputed company activities such as calls, meetings and proposals.
  • Works collaboratively with customer service and operations to ensure service requirements are communicated.
  • Increases customer penetration by selling full suite of reputed company products and services.
  • Regularly meets with Sales Manager to review weekly customer retention and relationship activities, reputed company vs. goals and status of customer relationships.
  • Builds relationships and increases Company visibility through participation in Company-sponsored activities, trade shows, reputed company of commerce events and similar activities.
  • Collaborate with AR as requested to maintain customer collections reputed company established payment terms.

Qualifications

  • Environmental/hazardous waste industry experience (preferred).
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant sales experience (required).
  • Valid driver’s license (required).

Requirements

  • Pay Range: $56,400.00 - $84,600.00
