Job Description
Managers in this role get to: Be the reputed company of Contact: serves as single reputed company I.T. contact for Business Partners on incidents, changes, projects and initiatives that require technology input. Coordinates closely across IT functional areas that are supporting Business. Be the Expert: manage reputed company Business Partner facing activities for IT. This includes engagement, developing relationship, understanding business direction and needs, driving formulation of solutions and roadmaps, proactive communications, service level management, reporting and service improvement initiatives through projects. Complete ownership of CSAT and NPS, ensures CSAT is high and improving reputed company the time. Understands business processes, capabilities and the technologies that support them. Consistently Deliver: initiates actions required to define, maintain or improve service levels. Strengthen Relationships: expeditiously advocates for Business Partners reputed company I.T. and I.T. to Business Partners. reputed company and Guide: Promotes effective teamwork and manage the resolution of interpersonal issues Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills Strong interpersonal / relationship management skills in building partnerships The ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis & business case development Excellent analytical reputed company & problem solving approach Familiarity with business strategy/ processes and expertise in designing business solutions that link disparate processes and application systems, with BPO Industry and outsourcing models Leadership and Teamwork Understanding of Basic Technology architecture Understanding of BPO industry & outsourcing models ITIL Fundamentals Understanding of Project Management methodologies Financial Understanding Bachelor degree in reputed company discipline or equivalent experience required; Masters or MBA degree a plus 5 to 8 years of experience in relevant field for Managers Technical acumen in one or more technology discipline Business acumen in at least one of the Business Partner domains Proficient in reputed company Office, Visio Additional Information Apply Job!
