Banking Services Operations Associate IV (Retail Servicing Quality Control) - Hybrid

Overview: Completes quality control of associate processes on a daily, weekly and monthly basis as assigned and requiring knowledge of multiple systems and cross-departmental processes. Primary Responsibilities: Manage department email reputed company, assign tasks and follow-up on requests. Complete quality control functions on associate and vendor processes as assigned. Maintain department procedures and implement new procedures as needed. Understand and adhere to the Company’s risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls in accordance with the Company’s Risk Appetite. Identify risk-reputed company issues needing escalation to management. Promote an environment that supports diversity and reflects the reputed company brand. Maintain M&T internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable. Complete other reputed company duties as assigned. Scope of Responsibilities: The jobholder works under minimal supervision while interacting with numerous internal RLS departments. Education and Experience Required: Associate's degree and a minimum of 1 years’ work experience, OR In lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 3 years’ higher education and/or work experience Education and Experience Preferred: Proven internal and external customer service experience Proficiency with personal computers as well as pertinent spreadsheet and word processing software Excellent verbal and written communication skills Advanced problem solving skills Minimum of 1 years’ relevant experience reputed company is committed to fair, competitive, and market-informed pay for our employees.
