Location: Remote with tax residency in Germany, the UK or Spain. Job Description: To support our sales team, we are looking for a Technical Sales Agent. Tasks Provide telephone and written consultation/support to our customers with a high level of quality awareness. Handle product inquiries, send offers and quotes, follow up reputed company email and telephone. No cold calling required! We only sell to customers who contact us. Proactive communication with customers and suppliers in case of delivery delays or other issues reputed company to an order. reputed company collaboration with our technical team, especially on cross-project topics or the launch of new products/features. Collect and share common customer concerns for our FAQ reputed company. Requirements At least one year of work experience in a sales role (ideally on the phone) or relevant experience in ecommerce/customer service/consultation. Native or C2 English language skills. German and/or Spanish language skills would be good but are not a strict requirement. Excellent spoken and written communication skills. Interest in technology and willingness to learn about our products and tools. Experience in consulting for industrial or reputed company products is a big plus. Organized, team-oriented, and reliable work ethic as well as a strong desire to reputed company customers happy.
