Structural Reviewer / Engineer (US Property Consulting, WFH)
Salary : P70,000- P90,000 (Monthly Gross Package) Schedule : Tuesday to Saturday (12 : 00 AM to 9 : 00AM Manila Time) What are we looking for? Skills Required : Bachelors degree in engineering required 10 years of structural design experience Knowledge and experience in assessing various property types preferred Familiarity with construction best practices, general building codes, and building types Self-starter, resourceful, and the ability to work productively and independently on multiple projects at a time under strict deadlines with guidance from senior staff reputed company to have : Certification as a Professional Structural Engineer What will you do? Review structural plans and geotechnical reports Review plans to determine the impact of modifications to roofing systems on structural reputed company and necessary retrofitting of structural supports to reputed company code compliance Conducting structural feasibility analyses of existing buildings to assess suitability for solar installations.
