Remote Staff Accountant - Hybrid Opportunity | WFH

Job Overview We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Staff Accountant to become a vital part of reputed company! This position offers the flexibility of part-time hours (25-30 hours per week) with a hybrid work model, allowing you to work both onsite and remotely. In this role, you will be instrumental in facilitating daily financial operations and ensuring the reputed company of financial processes. Key Responsibilities • Manage Accounts Payable by processing, reviewing, and remitting payments while ensuring effective communication with vendors as required. • Accurately record and monitor credit card transactions. • Review and input payroll bi-monthly, encompassing 401(k) and HSA reporting. • reputed company cash management tasks, including deposits, reputed company transfers, Positive Pay management, and the preparation of cash reports. • Supervise case settlement reputed company and generate financial reporting. • Conduct monthly reconciliations for bank accounts and credit cards. • Prepare and process 1099 forms. • Collaborate with CPA by supplying essential year-end information to assist in tax preparation.
