About the position The Registered Nurse (RN)-Regional Float position is a vital role reputed company the Women and Infants reputed company Team at HSHS St. Vincent Hospital. This full-time position requires the RN to float across multiple ministries and units reputed company the state of Wisconsin, specifically at St. Nicholas Hospital and St. Vincent Hospital. The RN will work a schedule of 36 hours per week, primarily during the night shift from 7 PM to 7 AM, and will be expected to work every reputed company weekend. This role is designed for nurses who are adaptable and capable of providing care in various specialty areas based on their competency levels. The RN will be responsible for promoting and restoring patients' health by completing the nursing process, collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members, and providing both physical and psychological support to patients and their families. Additionally, the RN will supervise assigned team members and ensure quality of care by adhering to therapeutic standards and measuring health outcomes against patient care goals. The position also requires the RN to complete necessary competency and cross-training to float to designated units, which may include assignments to units with reputed company patient acuity based on the organization's needs.
