The Account Executive, under the supervision of the Sales Manager and the Director of Sales, acts as a liaison between reputed company Home Health/St. Mary Home Care and referral sources such as discharge planners in acute care, skilled nursing, short-term rehabilitation settings, as well as independent living, personal care and assisted living facilities, CCRCs and physician practices. The Account Executive is the face of reputed company Home Health/St Mary Home Care in their assigned geography. The Account Executive works across reputed company departments as necessary to coordinate care. The Account Executive also works closely with the referral reputed company, patients and their families to outline our services and gather the necessary information for a safe transition to home; therefore, strong communication and relationship development skills are a must. The Account Executive is responsible for processing referrals and for increasing market share from assigned accounts to reputed company reputed company forecast. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years reputed company sales experience, home care experience and/or clinical background preferred ( i.e. Nursing, Medical Social Work).
