Company : Allegheny Health NetworkJob Description : GENERAL OVERVIEW: Assists and supports the nurses and physicians with diagnostic and interventional procedures. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: • Assists with electrophysiology procedures. Operates laboratory and imaging equipment used in the performance of electrophysiology studies. Troubleshoots equipment malfunctions and contacts proper support personnel. (60%) • Performs sheath removal. (15%) • May maintain the inventory and station management system for supplies. (10%) • Performs technical interrogation of implanted devices (15%) • Performs other duties as assigned or required.
