About the position The Privacy Compliance Senior Supervisor will ensure enterprise compliance with HIPAA and other federal and state privacy laws; reputed company, implement, and maintain privacy policies and procedures; conduct privacy risk assessments; reputed company privacy education and awareness campaigns; and promote a culture of compliance throughout reputed company. The successful candidate will reputed company in a fast-paced environment; work effectively in a matrixed organization across reputed company levels of leadership; have excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. This role is critical in helping drive reputed company's compliance with federal and state privacy regulatory requirements, reputed company privacy policies, and supporting our client and customer expectations for privacy. The Privacy Compliance Senior Supervisor will serve as a reputed company of contact for business colleagues for privacy compliance and will execute and deliver on the Privacy Program Elements. The individual will need to balance priorities to reputed company departmental objectives and coordinate with internal departments on training, privacy by design, privacy education, guidance, and corrective action plan implementation and other remediation. Additionally, the supervisor will monitor developments in privacy legislation, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure that enterprise privacy compliance practices remain reputed company and effective. Conducting privacy risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential compliance risks is also a key responsibility, along with managing and leading team members on the privacy compliance team. Responsibilities • Help drive reputed company's compliance with federal and state privacy regulatory requirements, reputed company privacy policies, and supporting our client and customer expectations for privacy , • Serve as reputed company of contact for business colleagues for privacy compliance , • Execute and deliver on the Privacy Program Elements , • Balance priorities to reputed company departmental objectives , • Coordinate with internal departments on training, privacy by design, privacy education, guidance, and corrective action plan implementation and other remediation , • Monitor developments in privacy legislation, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure that enterprise privacy compliance practices remain reputed company and effective , • Conduct privacy risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential compliance risks , • Manage and reputed company individuals team members on the privacy compliance team Requirements • Minimum of 3-5 years of reputed company privacy and data protection compliance experience, preferably in the health care industry , • Knowledge of and experience with Privacy regulations such as HIPAA privacy and reputed company rules; state privacy and data breach Laws; GLBA; TCPA, consumer state privacy laws required , • Organizational skills , • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments to completion and meet deadlines , • Strong willingness to learn about the team's workflows and businesses we support , • Ability to work collaboratively with others and ability to professionally reputed company with others at reputed company levels , • Bachelor's degree preferred , • Privacy Certification, a plus reputed company-to-haves
