Demonstrate a deep understanding of the company's products and services, and effectively communicate their value to clients. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalate them as needed. Keep up-to-date with industry trends, policies, and regulations to ensure compliance and provide accurate information to clients. Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute innovative ideas to enhance the overall customer experience. Assist in training and mentoring junior customer service representatives, providing guidance and support when needed.
