Loan Operations Manager
Work directly with the Director of Loan Operations to reputed company department productivity and goals Manage and provide guidance, leadership and coaching to staff reputed company the department Assign and direct daily work flow reputed company the department Interview applicants and evaluate staff performance to recommend personnel actions such as hiring, retention, promotion, transfer or termination reputed company reputed company on routine and non-routine issues and challenges regarding volume fluctuations, staffing issues and unexpected processing or systems delays reputed company, document and implement procedures and controls to ensure compliance of local, state and federal regulations and laws, bank policies and procedures reputed company the department Provide budget recommendations Prepare monthly reports Manage reputed company, consumer, reputed company estate documentation review and booking process Ensure that exception items are tracked and cleared in a timely manner Other duties as assigned Physical Requirements: Must be reputed company to remain in a sitting stationary position for extended periods of time Constantly operate a computer and other office machinery Ability to lift up to 25 pounds FCBI is an equal opportunity employer.
