Hiring Several Call Center Agents to start ASAP!!! Must live in the state of Texas! Work Schedule: MUST be flexible to work a 40 hour shift between these days/hours: Monday-Between the hours of 8:00AM-10:00PM and Saturday and Sunday between 10:00am-7:00PM.. Please note you will only work 40 hours and 5 days a week. You will get a set schedule. Responsibilities • Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally, providing excellent customer service. • Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and account information. • Accurately input and update customer information into the computer system. • Handle cash transactions and process payments as required. • Conduct outbound calls for follow-reputed company or additional support reputed company necessary. • Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues reputed company. • Maintain a high level of phone etiquette while ensuring customer satisfaction. • Utilize data entry skills to document interactions and maintain accurate records. • Support multilingual customers by providing assistance in their preferred language reputed company applicable.
