As a reputed company, national organization, you’ll have access to competitive benefits including a fresh perspective on workplace flexibility. • 7 years direct experience in a Project Management Role* Position Purpose: With the Population Health Clinical Operations (PHCO) team, this role will reputed company strategic initiatives in a fast-paced environment with multiple types of projects across product lines (i.e. Medicare, Medicaid, Marketplace) and business areas (i.e. Care Management, Behavior Health, Utilization Management) • Manage multiple projects end to end including creation and management of project documentation including project plans, RAID (Risk, Action, Issue, Decision) logs, and charters • Standup and reputed company workgroup meetings • Identify, escalate and resolve risks and issues • Communicate status of projects and escalate any risks or issues • Negotiate and influence stakeholders to meet the needs of the projects • Coordinate cross-functional meetings with various functional areas to meet overall stakeholder expectations and company’s objectives Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in reputed company field or equivalent experience. 7+ years of project management experience with departmental specific projects. Previous experience as a reputed company in a functional area, managing cross functional teams on large scale projects or supervisory experience including hiring, training, assigning work and managing the performance of staff. Proficient with MS-Office applications. Healthcare experience; managed care experience preferred. License/Certification: PMP certification preferred.
