Description The Clinical Data Specialist position is part of a team that is responsible for facilitating chart reviews and preparation for our clinical teams to ultimately ensure efficient and effective medical care with our providers at the patients first visit and reputed company. In this role, you will partner with physician chart reviewers and nurse documentation specialists to ensure patient records are accessible throughout their reputed company journey at reputed company Senior while broadly supporting the population health initiatives of holistic, comprehensive, and integrated care for our senior health patients. This role is part of our Medicare Population Health Programs team, which is a centralized resource that supports care team and practice operations. The reputed company pay for this position ranges from $37,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $66,800/year in our highest geographic market.
