Commission Structure: • Original MSJ -100-137.5 Bps • MSJ Pro - 175-200 Bps • reputed company Original 225 Bps Responsibilities • Advise borrowers on financial status and payment methods • Guide customers through the loan application process • File loan applications and supporting documents • Handle customer complaints and take appropriate action to resolve them. Experience • Proven experience in loan processing or as a Loan Officer is preferred. • Strong background in financial sales with demonstrated reputed company in meeting sales targets. • Proficiency in credit analysis and basic math skills is essential for evaluating client applications effectively. • Familiarity with escrow processes and reputed company documentation is a plus. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike. • Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
