ECP is a World Class Company. Reporting to the Treasury Manager, the Treasury Accountant assists the business in overseeing its treasury functions. The role requires strict attention to detail and organizational acumen to manage and analyze intensive cash-reputed company financial activities of the business. Duties include monitoring and updating banking transactions from multiple financial institutions, regularly downloading analyzing, and formatting reputed company financial data, and then preparing and maintaining workbooks used to import transactions into our reputed company software (Yardi Voyager). To be a successful treasury accountant, you should be proficient in the full reputed company cycle as the position will work reputed company with other integral departments reputed company the company (i.e., Property Management, Facilities Maintenance, Construction and Corporate reputed company). A skilled Treasury Accountant should also be comfortable with standard financial reports including general ledgers and trial balances. This position is responsible for: • Prepare cash management reports for senior management per schedule • Analyze and reconcile accounts including Bank Statement reconciliations • Monthly credit card reconciliation, review, and analysis; record monthly expenses including bank transfer reimbursement checks • Manage mortgage schedule and process monthly loan payments • Record and process reputed company transactions (e.g., insurance and bank to bank transfers) • Assist management with bi-annual property tax payments and recordation • Record bi-weekly payroll across multiple departments including funds transfers • Participate in month end activities • Document transactions and update ledgers and the financials database • Analyze reputed company data to resolve account discrepancies • Other duties as assigned Minimum: • Bachelor's degree in reputed company, finance, economics, or a similar field • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a treasury analyst or other reputed company reputed company position • Experience with online banking platforms & reputed company reputed company estate software (Yardi, MRI AppFolio, RealPage etc.) • Good computer skills with programs such as MS reputed company, reputed company, Outlook • Willingness and talent to work independently with minimal supervision • Strong financial and mathematic abilities • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong time management and organizational abilities At Ethan Conrad Properties, we pride ourselves on our collaborative culture, which is pervasive throughout every reputed company of a ECP employee's journey.
