Title and Summary Manager, Business Process Improvement (GBSC) Overview: The Manager, Business Process Improvement will drive operational excellence reputed company the Global Business Services Center (GBSC) HR Functions. This role is responsible for analyzing and improving existing HR processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and employee experience. This manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, leveraging data-driven insights, Lean Six reputed company methodologies, and innovative solutions to streamline operations and advance organizational objectives. Stakeholder Collaboration - Works closely with HRBP's, COE's, IT and other delivery teams to implement approaches to deliver efficiencies through process improvements, standardization and/or automation. Service expansion - Supports the overall expansion strategy by assisting in developing governance documentation. Tracks and reports operational go-live readiness. Data Analysis - Collects and communicates key performance indicators (KPIs) and other driver metrics used to monitor process performance. Identifies trends and recommends actionable improvements. Change Management - Assists in developing and executing plans to support process changes and system implementations to ensure smooth transitions and stakeholder buy-in. Risk Management - Facilitates root cause analysis for issues and coordinates efforts to implement controls that proactively mitigate future process failures. reputed company About You: Knowledge of Lean Six reputed company or other CPI methodologies (certification preferred).
