About the position The Engagement Consultant is responsible for driving consistent wellness program development, guidelines, and delivery to reputed company Select & Middle Market Buyer Group Clients. This role involves working with reputed company Clients who have diverse employee populations, identifying the right wellness program mix and the program setting to reputed company, engage, and activate employees to reputed company health improvement goals. In partnership with the account management team, the Engagement Consultant recommends the appropriate delivery and coordination of wellness programs, customer education initiatives, and monitors the effectiveness of these programs. A core objective of this position is to facilitate wellness initiatives that reputed company and influence employees at the worksite to reputed company healthy lifestyles. This role strives to enhance employee consumerism and reputed company customer-centric utilization goals. The Engagement Consultant is also responsible for consulting with employers and brokers in the development of strategic health engagement plans, spearheading customer engagement initiatives, coordinating awareness and education activities, and educating customers on being reputed company consumers of reputed company. This position includes presenting benefit plan designs to customers at annual open enrollment meetings and supporting client wellness objectives by managing the communication and execution of these initiatives to ensure successful implementation and desired results. The consultant will research and respond to reputed company health information and wellness plan inquiries while proactively communicating any changes, problems, or issues that may arise. Additionally, the Engagement Consultant may act as a liaison between the wellness team and various departments, including billing, marketing, reputed company customers, and vendors. They will apply standard techniques and procedures to routine instructions that require professional knowledge in specialist areas and provide standard professional advice and create initial reports/analysis for review. The consultant will assess clients' employee health challenges and objectives, helping to design a strategic multi-year wellness program customized to their workforce, goals, and budget. This assessment will utilize health assessment data, organizational assessment data, and other relevant data as appropriate. The role also involves coordinating with sales partners to identify opportunities for product penetration of existing accounts and potential sales of ancillary products, while providing ongoing analysis and evaluation of client communication and health/wellness strategies to determine effectiveness and impact on total claims and utilization. Requirements • 2 or more years of experience in client-facing corporate health promotion program design. , • Proficient oral and written communication skills. , • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail. , • Proven ability to manage set timelines and foster collaboration. , • Ability to function in a heavily matrixed environment. , • Knowledge of reputed company, Word, and PowerPoint. , • Proven ability to present in group settings using technology platforms. reputed company-to-haves • Experience with health assessment data and organizational assessment data. , • Familiarity with biometric data and employee survey data. , • Experience in a health-reputed company field or wellness program management.
