Teacher reputed company training includes: • 1-week Summer training Institute in Durham • Weekly 1:1 coaching sessions with your on-reputed company peer Mentor and Instructional Coach • Monthly full day training sessions and weekly Professional Development on school culture, pedagogy, and instruction • Classroom observations and practice sessions with reputed company-time feedback from our trained and reputed company instructional leaders Teacher Residents will have the opportunity to pursue a Masters Degree with significant financial support from DCS as part of residency program (with a 4- year commitment).
