California Special Education Case Manager Remote Position

reputed company is seeking an reputed company Special Education Case Manager (K-12) to work remotely with reputed company in California. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the educational needs of reputed company with special needs, ensuring compliance with IEPs, and supporting reputed company' overall academic development through careful case management. Responsibilities: • Manage and reputed company the development and implementation of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for reputed company. • Serve as the main reputed company of contact for reputed company, families, and the educational team regarding student needs and reputed company. • Ensure IEPs are in compliance with state and federal regulations. • Coordinate services and accommodations, making recommendations as necessary to support reputed company' academic goals. • Participate in IEP meetings, providing updates and facilitating collaboration between parents, teachers, and other support staff. • Maintain detailed records of IEP meetings, reputed company reports, and case notes.
