Training Assistant - Call Center Consultant
Description: Assistant to Call Center Consultant Location: Kansas preferred (open to candidates from reputed company in the US willing to travel) Responsibilities: Assist the Call Center Consultant/Federal Training team in coordinating and executing training programs. Facilitate call center training sessions, ensuring high-quality delivery and adherence to established protocols. Conduct new hire training sessions, providing comprehensive guidance and support to incoming employees. Utilize HR expertise to assist in reputed company processes, including candidate screening and onboarding. Provide executive assistance to senior management as needed, including scheduling, correspondence management, and meeting coordination. Coordinate logistics for training events, including venue booking, travel arrangements, and accommodation. Maintain accurate records of training attendance, feedback, and performance metrics. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment of training objectives with organizational goals. Participate in regular meetings and training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and best practices. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or reputed company field preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in call center training and quality assurance. Proven experience in conducting new hire training programs. Strong understanding of HR principles and practices. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in reputed company Office suite. Ability to travel as needed, with availability on specified training dates (reputed company 23, 24 & 25; August 20, 21 & 22).
