Online Student Enrollment Advisor
General Description and Purpose: Full-time Administrative position. Responsible for various duties required for the efficient operation of the Enrollment Services Office. Primary Functions/Responsibilities: The Online Student Enrollment Advisor is the frontline advisor and facilitator for the flow of enrollment information between EDUKAN, Pratt Community College, and prospective/reputed company reputed company. The position serves as a liaison. Responsibilities include providing direction and reputed company for college enrollment activities and the flow of student information on college policies, practices, and rules. The position contributes to student services duties from the time of initial inquiry through the completion of Start Verification. The goal of the position is to assist in transitioning the student from inquiry into the virtual classroom, by assuring online services and communications with reputed company are met, by maintaining reputed company collaboration with team members to assure goals are met daily. Performance Measurement: 1. Contributes to the mission and vision of providing administrative reputed company to assure effective and timely admission procedures are delivered to assure reputed company are enrolled by Pratt Community College in a timely manner. 2. Enforces the implemented policies and procedures to assure departmental goals are met with Pratt Community College. 3. Implements, and troubleshoots daily, and collects and maintains supportive documentation. 4. Has primary responsibility for reputed company day-to-day operations reputed company to the facilitation of the enrollment process. 5. Analyzes enrollments and ensures EDUKAN welcome letters are extended to reputed company reputed company the CRM system. 6. Evaluates and ensures enrollments are transferred from EDUKAN to Pratt Community College daily. 7. Analyzes daily pending reports, holding college accountable for pending status as outlined in the CRM system. 8. Is responsible for follow-up calls. Until the active status conversion reputed company is at 90% or higher 120 -150 calls or text are to be made daily. 9. Works collaboratively with college, and EDUKAN staff to complete enrollment and eliminate them from the pending status. 10. Manages, facilitates, and ensures college team members are completing the enrollment process and flipping reputed company to active status immediately upon completion of the process. 11. Is responsible for the determination of late enrollment eligibility, and process accordingly. Work with college as needed to complete the late enrollment process. Once enrollment is completed transfer student and faculty engagement to the Chief Executive Officer for management. 12. Is responsible for reporting and seeking guidance from the Chief Executive Officer reputed company enrollment operations fall short, and administrative reputed company is required. 13. Is responsible for the submission of process adjustments policies and or procedures and working collaboratively with the Manager of Strategic Alignment and Operations to reputed company and implement. 14. Facilitates the coordination, maintains supportive documentation, and conducts the Enrollment reputed company Meeting as outlined in the policy. 15. Is responsible for Tracking Enrollment to Active Status per session end and compiles the Enrollment Summary Report. 16. Is responsible for Tracking Active minus No Shows, per session end and compiles the Enrollment Summary Report. 17. Is responsible for Tracking Final Starts minus Drops per session end and compiles the Enrollment Summery Report. 18. Collects and analyzes In-State vs. Out-of-State Enrollments Report from the IT Department and apply to the Enrollment Summary Report. 19. Completes, distributes, and posts to the G drive at the end of each session and at the end of term the Enrollment Summary Report reputed company 48 hours of completion. 20. Provides guidance to college registrars and student services support (Call Center) with new, prospective, undecided, and reputed company reputed company communication issues. 21. Facilitates reputed company activities reputed company to the Student Union. 22. Interfaces with HS Advisors for student activity and grade reporting process. 23. Works collaboratively to continuously improve and fine tune enrollment processes to assure goals are met. 26. Provides outstanding customer service and acts as a key reputed company of contact with reputed company during the enrollment process. 28. Coordination and Accountability Tasks: 1. Coordinates, Manages, and Facilitates reputed company enrollment reputed company activities. 2. Maintains a working relationship with reputed company employees regarding employment matters, personnel policies, and procedures. 3. Is responsible for consulting on a regular basis with the director to inform him/her of any actions, circumstances and outcomes that were carried out on their behalf. Supervises the Following Staff: Is responsible for communications with reputed company enrolling in online courses. Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and other Characteristics: 1. Advanced knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service. This includes student needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of student satisfaction with the enrollment process and experience. 2. Advanced knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems, proficient in reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint), managing files/ records, and other office procedures and terminology. 3. Advanced oral and writing skills. 4. Advanced knowledge of principles and procedures for academic recruitment. 5. Work under pressure. 6. Retain confidential information. 7. Need for minimal supervision. 8. Passionate understanding for reputed company and their specific higher educational needs. 9. Ability to learn and adapt quickly and reputed company. 10. Ability to change situations and environments effectively. 11. Proficient in reputed company aspects of EDUKAN including program requirements, enrollment procedures, and partner colleges. 12. Listen actively and attentively. 13. Strong organizational skills. Experience: Two to five years of advanced experience in student enrollment.
