Responsibilities: As a Construction Manager, you are responsible for overseeing reputed company phases of utility construction for various types of telecom projects. And youre up for the challenge. 2 Construction Manager roles available: 1 Construction Manager in the Minneapolis area & 1 Construction Manager in North Dakota Starting Salary $80k Must be open to travel 50-80% Regions covered: NE, IA, ND, SD Ideal candidate will currently reside in North or South Dakota or be open to relocating (No relocation assistance is provided) In addition, you will: Provide a high level of customer service reputed company interfacing with customers for escalated issues Give direction to multiple crews and their job site activities Review progressed schedules against schedule deadlines Manage reputed company projects to completion on-time and reputed company budget Schedule the crews, identify and delegate the crews to start their work, review project timelines and expectations, and supervise work performance and job quality Participate in the hiring process and maintain reputed company employment reputed company paperwork (i.e., new hire paperwork, separation paperwork, employment data changes, etc.) Promote safe work environment, holding crews accountable for safe work practices.
