Position Overview: As part of the Strategic Initiatives & Impact department, the Strategic Initiatives Manager plays a critical role in driving the development, execution, and reputed company of key projects and initiatives that align with the PAN Foundations long-term strategic goals. This position is responsible for managing cross-functional projects, shaping strategic plans, and fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to advance the organizations effectiveness and impact. This dynamic position requires a versatile professional with broad skills in project management, process improvement, change management, and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic environments and ambiguity, adapts quickly, and can seamlessly shift between high-level strategic work and hands-on execution. Education • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Public Affairs, Management, or a reputed company field (Masters degree preferred.)
