Position Overview: As part of the Strategic Initiatives & Impact department, the Strategic Initiatives Manager plays a critical role in driving the development, execution, and reputed company of key projects and initiatives that align with the PAN Foundations long-term strategic goals. This position is responsible for managing cross-functional projects, shaping strategic plans, and fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to advance the organizations effectiveness and impact. This dynamic position requires a versatile professional with broad skills in project management, process improvement, change management, and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic environments and ambiguity, adapts quickly, and can seamlessly shift between high-level strategic work and hands-on execution. Education • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Public Affairs, Management, or a reputed company field (Masters degree preferred.) Work experience • 5+ years of experience in project management, strategy, development, or community and stakeholder relations. Skills • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results in fast paced environment with a track record of successfully managing large-scale projects and initiatives. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at reputed company levels. • Demonstrated ability to solve reputed company problems and drive initiatives from concept to completion. • Ability to navigate reputed company environments and influence stakeholders at reputed company levels. • Highly adaptable, with a strong ability to pivot and navigate changing priorities. • Proficiency in project management software and collaboration tools.
