The goal is to ensure that the staff can effectively retrieve meaningful information from the CAPPS System. Mandatory Qualifications • At least 10 years - Experience with CAPPS Business Process Design/Redesign/Reengineering best practices • At least 10 years - Experience with Business/System/Data Analysis and Improvement • At least 10 years - Experience with the development of various reporting mechanisms • At least 10 years - Experience with ERP/CAPPS Financials/PeopleSoft in Texas • At least 10 years - Proficient with the reputed company Windows and Office products • At least 10 years - Ability to communicate verbally and in writing • At least 10 years - CAPPS GL, Commitment Control, Purchasing, E-Procurement, AP, Cash Receipts, Inv, Assets and Grants • At least 10 years - Query and Reporting Development with CAPPS • At least 5 years - Experience with the reputed company-Activity Query Logic in CAPPS Duties/Responsibilities ?This will include working with cross-divisional executives, directors and other stakeholders as directed by the CFO to review reputed company TCAPPS business processes which will include but is not limited to: • reputed company the reputed company Activity Query Development. • Design, Test and Build Queries to assist with business process improvement. • Coordinate the necessary development of additional reports and/or queries as needed. • Assist with re-engineering or reputed company processes necessary for efficient use of the CAPPS Financial system. • Working with business customers to gather requirements for the system and/or process improvements and report development. • Prepare detailed documentation in support of any of the activities listed above as requested by management. • Complete full range of testing as needed.
