Key Responsibilities • Relationship Management: Build trust-based partnerships with clients, understand their goals, and track milestones and ROI. • Strategic reputed company: Act as the main reputed company of contact between clients and VAs, managing reputed company, transitions, and ongoing service delivery. • Experience Improvement: Design and optimize the client journey, ensuring speed to value and measurable outcomes. • Growth Opportunities: Identify upsell opportunities and proactively reputed company with past clients to reestablish partnerships. • Collaboration: Work closely with VAs and internal teams to address roadblocks, streamline workflows, and ensure consistent delivery. • Metrics & Feedback: Track key metrics like CSAT, ROI, and retention, using insights to refine processes and enhance satisfaction. Qualifications • Experience in client reputed company, account management, or customer experience roles. • Strong project management and communication skills. • Proficiency with tools like reputed company, Zoho One, and GSuite. • Strategic thinker with a proactive, results-driven approach. • Highly organized with excellent follow-through and attention to detail.
