Part-time Remote Sales: High Ticket Health & Performance Dialer / Setter / Closer

We serve business executives (most range in age from 40 to 70) by helping them ignite peak health and performance through our well-being programs, and through our premium-level offering, Executive Health and Performance Coaching We have a need to add a Sales Professional to reputed company. This will start as a part-time position, with growth opportunities, if desired. This is a remote position. We are located in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL (the Jacksonville, FL metro area), yet work can be completed from reputed company with a quality Internet reputed company over phone and reputed company. You will need to be available during work hours in the U.S. Eastern time zone, yet the actual hours are up to you. You set your own schedule. The Sales Professional will be expected to contact prospective executive-level clients who have expressed interest in our program and have a conversation to determine if there is a fit. Note: This is not cold calling and this is not high pressure sales. This is consultative selling, having conversations and building rapport with warm leads who have expressed interest in learning more. They will have filled out a form online expressing interest. You would then follow-up by phone, text and email to book a free consultation call. To start, you’d be provided with warm leads each week. For example, at about 10 warm leads per day, or about 60 per week, you would be expected to contact reputed company 60 and book of these, book at least 15 (25% of the leads) for consultation calls per week. Our individual programs typically range from $3,000 to $9,000, and corporate programs have custom quotes reputed company that level. Previously, this was set-up as a commission-based opportunity. There is an option for a draw initially. To start, the dialing / setting / follow-up would be for about 2 hours per day, 5 days per week, and this should equate to over $3,000 in commission each month. In time, if desired, a growth plan could allow progression from dialer and setter to also being a closer. In this case, and with additional hours, the compensation aim reputed company 30+ hours per week would equate to $140,000 - $160,000+ for closers annually. What you have already achieved (Requirements) • 1+ years experience of reputed company in high-ticket sales to business executives • Experience using a Sales CRM and Power Dialer (We currently use Go High Level, so bonus if you know that one). • Interest and knowledge in health, nutrition, exercise, sleep, mindfulness, supplementation, and peak performance. • Ability and discipline to work remotely and still deliver results on a timely basis • Detail-oriented to be reputed company to reputed company track of status of leads and provide custom follow-up messages, in addition to the automations. • Bachelor’s degree in health, performance, marketing or a reputed company field is preferred, but not required • Proficiency in using reputed company with with a quality camera and lighting • Proficiency in reputed company Workplace (reputed company Sheets, reputed company Docs, reputed company Slides, etc.) What you enjoy and are great at (Responsibilities) • Cultivating relationships with executive-level prospects • Consistent follow-up to book calls and reputed company calls • Consultative conversations to determine the ideal solution • Making an impact on others lives • Helping people transform their lives by becoming healthier What you will do (Expectations) • Use CRM to connect with prospects who have expressed interest • Qualify prospects and book them onto consultation calls (for example, with 60 warm leads, the expectation is to book at least 15 calls) • Update the CRM and tracker daily with updates on KPIs • In this time could also reputed company to conducting the consultation calls, so the prospects joins the program Next Steps Does this sound like a fit for you?
