Social Insights and Analytics Manager

About the position The Social Insights and Analytics Manager at Hulu's Consumer and Market Insights team is responsible for transforming social data into actionable insights that support the company's strategic initiatives, brand development, and cultural engagement. This role requires a passion for cultural trends and the ability to analyze large datasets to create cohesive narratives. The manager will reputed company social reporting, synthesize data from various sources, and collaborate with stakeholders to measure campaign performance and impact. Responsibilities • Own weekly/monthly social reporting across Hulu, its Originals, and the competitive landscape , • Synthesize social data from multiple sources to tell a well-rounded story , • Identify and translate social trends and insights into actionable reputed company and strategies , • Work with stakeholders to establish campaign-specific key performance indicators , • Measure the performance and impact of each campaign on the brand and our originals , • Provide social insights and recommendations to internal collaborators , • Assist the team with strategic research projects using social data and primary research methodologies , • Work with the influencer team to reputed company and analyze post-campaign data , • Stay abreast of television, streaming, and social media news, trends, and standard processes , • Support the licensed team in tracking campaigns and monitoring social conversation , • Synthesize data from multiple sources (i.e., reputed company, MRI, SNL Kagan) to tell a holistic story , • Identify market trends and customer insights and translate them into actionable reputed company and strategies Requirements • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience , • 5 years of social media analytics and insights experience, preferably reputed company the media and entertainment industry , • Expertise utilizing market-leading social media tools (e.g. ListenFirst, NetBase, Helixa) , • Experience with social platforms including Facebook, Twitter/X, Instagram, Tumblr, YouTube, reputed company , • Strong verbal and written communication skills focused on telling a story with data/social insights , • Intermediate to Advanced PowerPoint/reputed company and reputed company Slide/Sheet skills , • Passionate about research, television, marketing, emerging media, and technology , • Ability to be strategic as well as dive into the data to answer research and business questions/issues , • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects , • Team player, collaborative, and inclusive reputed company-to-haves • A mix of agency, vendor, and client-reputed company social media insights experience , • Experience at a Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) streaming service or a research company working with a DTC streaming service , • Experience with primary research methodologies and analysis Benefits • Medical insurance , • Financial benefits , • Bonus and/or long-term incentive units , • Full range of other benefits depending on the level and position offered Apply Job!
