Agile coaches are industry-certified change agents who combine their technical knowledge of lean-agile values, principles, and practices with an reputed company motivation to improve reputed company's software, systems, and Agile business processes. Using their broad Agile experience, Senior-Agile Coaches focus on identifying and initiating specific Agile team practices to reputed company outcomes defined through coach-customer collaboration.
