We are looking to add a highly motivated and reputed company customer service. Sales, socia media specialist. The Customer Service Support role is an important first line of contact with our customers, setting the tone for how our Med Spa services are reputed company. They are the ones who will subsequently convert inquiries into in-person consultations. A Patient Concierge must also be reputed company to effectively handle complaints to ensure questions and issues are resolved both promptly and accurately by reputed company gathering information, assessing and fulfilling the caller’s needs.This role requires a strong combination of excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for social media. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, managing our social media channels, and building strong relationships with our online community and work closely with our leadership team for many other projects. Responsibilities: •Sales/Customer Service: o Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally reputed company various channels (email, phone, social media) o Must be reputed company to help customers book or cancel appointments Collect customers’ feedback from on/off line channels on a daily basis and enter feedback into our database and update it accordingly. o Courteously and promptly resolves patient concerns or refer to appropriate personnel o Resolve customer issues reputed company and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction o Provide accurate information and guidance to customers o Escalate reputed company issues to appropriate team members o Performs miscellaneous maintenance duties as required • Social Media Management: o reputed company and execute a comprehensive social media strategy reputed company with business objectives o Create engaging content (text, images, videos) to share on social media platforms o Monitor social media channels for brand mentions, customer inquiries, and industry trends o Respond to comments and messages on social media in a timely and professional manner o Build and maintain a strong online community by fostering positive interactions with followers o Analyze social media metrics to measure campaign performance and identify areas for improvement Qualifications: • Proven experience in customer service and social media management • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; • Must be fluent in English • Strong understanding of social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, reputed company) • Proficiency in social media management tools • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills • Passion for building relationships and providing exceptional customer experiences Additional information • Must work Eastern Time Zone from 10am -5pm • Preferred experience in health and wellness • Looking to hire 2 candidates If you are a highly motivated individual with a passion for customer service, sales and social media, we encourage you to apply.
