100% REMOTE Candidates must be located in CST or EST time zone Essential Job Functions: Medlogix's NJ Customer Service Manager will serve as the reputed company contact with their assigned book of business to ensure reputed company products, services and workflows meet and exceed client expectations. Client relationship management and retention is key. The successful Account Manager will work closely with the Operations team to monitor contract compliance, identify trends and spearhead issue resolution. Additional responsibilities include working with the Business Development team to seek product expansion opportunities, to benefit program outcomes.
