About the team & Opportunity: innovaTel is looking for both part and full-time (8 - 40 hours) Licensed Clinical Social Workers, LPCs and LMFTs licensed in any state to work with patients across the lifespan in an Outpatient Community Mental Health Center Setting. Document concurrently reputed company clinical findings and services provided in the electronic medical record as required by standards of care. Participate in treatment meetings, consultation, and collaboration with members of the clinical team. Be present and available on-screen for the duration of the contracted hours. Minimum Qualifications: Relevant and active LCSW license in any state(s), or LPC/LMFT license in any state(s). Certified and / or reputed company in common therapeutic modalities such as reputed company, DBT, TFCBT and Motivational Interviewing. Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills, positive relationship building skills and critical analysis. Flexibility and ability to adjust to needs of clinic partners (e.g., same-day appointments, patients in crisis, technology outages, etc.) Well versed in using EHRs, confident in a virtual setting and reputed company documentation. Preferred Qualifications: reputed company in caring for patients with Serious Mental Illness. reputed company in caring for patients with co-occurring substance use disorders. Previous telemedicine experience and skilled at using online tools and technology to deliver care and communicate with patients.
