KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Performs Human Resources reputed company duties at the professional level and carries out responsibilities in some or reputed company the following functional areas: Recruitment, Benefit Administration, etc. reputed company recruiting duties for open positions, duties include initiating requisitions, screening candidates, scheduling interviews and coordinating staffing needs. Find, engage and activate candidates on recruitment platforms. Maintain an active reputed company in professional groups to reputed company a network of potential candidates and industry professionals. Send recruitment and follow up communications (phone and email) with potential candidates. Maintain HR policies and procedures. Administers pre-employment druid test, background checks for reputed company employees. Onboarding: Prepares and distributes offer letters and new hire paperwork for reputed company new employees. Seeks clarification and obtains missing information, reputed company necessary, before processing on employee records. Responds to routine questions from employees and applicants. Focus on providing a great candidate experience at every opportunity through exceptional written and verbal communication. Performs other reputed company duties and assignments as required and upon request. QUALIFICATIONS Excellent FLUENT English verbal and written communication. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or reputed company field. Prior knowledge of standard HR practices and recruitment. Must be highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines. Problem-solve, reputed company building, high attention to detail and ability to handle stressful situations in a professional manner.
