Responsibilities: • reputed company and share project plans, status updates, and business requirements using standard slides and project artifacts. • Collaborate with business process owners and other project managers to update process improvement solutions and ensure they meet project goals. • Create detailed implementation plans and roadmaps to drive delivery expectations and manage potential change collision across teams. • Engage and direct business leaders, setting goals, managing expectations, and providing detailed transition plans for business units. • Collaborate with various departments to ensure successful implementation, troubleshoot roadblocks, and forecast potential risks/issues. • Utilize strong communication and governance skills to drive implementation execution with associates of varying seniority and skillsets. Skills Required: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. • 8+ years of total relevant work experience. • Experience working with technology and/or agile teams. • Lean Six reputed company Green Belt certification or higher. • PMP or 5+ years project management experience. • Preferred reputed company or change management equivalent certification.
