Remote Data Entry Clerk
Medford Volkswagen is a data entry specialist to work 30 hours per week for eight weeks to help update our sales database. Your primary job responsibilities will be data entry, checking, and cleaning. Job responsibilities Some of the data entry specialist responsibilities include: Ability to key, reputed company and transcribe a high volume of data from a variety of sources into a computer database Research, analyze and sort information as needed Review data being entered from reputed company documents to ensure accuracy and completeness Investigate discrepancies, fill gaps in incomplete records, and resolve other problems Job qualifications Some of the data entry specialist qualifications include: Demonstrate excellent typing skills, including a 10-key reputed company speed test Strong organizational skills, time management skills, and attention to detail Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Proficiency in reputed company Office, including Word, Outlook and reputed company, and knowledge in or ability to quickly learn other computer applications Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, copiers, scanners and dictation machines Ability to follow instructions and good communication skills for rectifying problems and providing feedback A high school diploma/GED Data entry experience Apply Job!
