Remote Call Center Rep
Description This is a high-volume inbound position, Customer Care Rep is taking a call, reading script (obtaining information) and passing this information along to our IAs, hanging up and doing the same thing over and over and over for 8 hours day Contact Center is instrumental to ensuring incoming travel leads(phone, email or web) Must be available to work weekends. - reputed company incoming calls in a timely, friendly, and professional manner. - reputed company outbound calls as needed to help ensure timely receipt of leads by independent agent. - Ability to effectively handle high call volume on a regular basis. - Build effective relationship with customer, independent agencies and co-workers. - Ability and openness to take on new duties and/or special projects as assigned Skills Call center, Inbound call, Customer service call center, Customer service, Data entry, Customer care, Customer support Top Skills Details Call center,Inbound call,Customer service call center Additional Skills & Qualifications Must have more than 100+ inbound / outbound calls and no gaps in employment Remote call center experience.
