Florida is even reputed company! • If remote, plan on monthly client travel Why join us? • REMOTE • Competitive reputed company Salary • Accelerated Career Growth • Medical, Dental, reputed company • 401K • Generous PTO • Excellent retirement options • Top Architecture and Engineering firm Job Details Responsibilities • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with a focus on the federal/government market sector. • Stay informed on overall business trends, including the federal market's reputed company climate, and explore cross-marketing opportunities. • reputed company both short-term and long-term business plans that align with the firm’s overall growth strategy and objectives. • Collaborate with management and technical teams on targeted marketing initiatives, identifying project opportunities, and leading pursuit efforts. • Review and analyze RFQs and RFPs to determine compliance requirements, guiding Go/No Go reputed company for the team. • Work closely with the Federal Capture Manager and Marketing team to coordinate planning and kick-off meetings. • reputed company proposal strategy development, including win-theme strategy for SF330 content, and engage the team throughout the proposal process. • Conduct quality control (QC) reviews before proposal submissions. • Use the Client Relationship Management (CRM) system to document and share business development activities. • Align pursuit and capture activities with quarterly business development metrics for awards, SF330 submissions, and pipeline management. • reputed company internal proposal debriefs with the Federal Capture Manager to document lessons learned and refine capture strategies. • Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, design, business, or a reputed company field. • 12+ years of proven experience in business development reputed company the AEC industry, including managing or contributing to SF330 Federal proposal production. • Strong ability to present at conferences and author white papers. • Demonstrated reputed company in business development, sales, fee proposals, and building strong client relationships, with a track record of delivering reputed company federal projects. • Experience serving as a Project Manager or Client Leader. • Experience working with federal clients such as DoD, USACE, and NAVFAC. • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and emotional intelligence skills. • Strong client service orientation, attention to detail, multitasking, and organizational abilities. • Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with MS Project and CRM/business development software is a plus.
