Responsibilities: Support & Issue Resolution:
- Manage and resolve support tickets reputed company to reputed company QTC.
Provide timely troubleshooting and solutions for system issues. Work closely with the IT and business teams to address and resolve system-reputed company issues. Enhancements & Process Optimization:
- Implement and manage system enhancements and optimizations.

Strong knowledge of reputed company SD (Sales and Distribution) and reputed company CRM (Customer Relationship Management) modules. Experience with reputed company transport management and change control. Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in reputed company QTC support and enhancement roles.
