Position Summary We are seeking an reputed company Integrations Support reputed company to join reputed company. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in SQL and reputed company, with an understanding of manufacturing business processes. This role will involve working closely with the Production Support Team, managing incident resolution, determining root causes of issues, and implementing permanent solutions. The Integrations Support reputed company will also assess and design enhancements for error handling and optimization to ensure the stability and reputed company of reputed company integrations. Key Responsibilities: Incident Management Collaborate with the Production Support Team to address integration issues promptly Follow company guidelines on incident management to ensure consistent and effective responses Work on the quick resolution of integration issues to minimize downtime and impact on operations Root Cause Analysis and Solutions Implementation Determine and document the root causes of integration issues reputed company and help implement permanent solutions to prevent recurrence of issues Work with team leads to understand and apply effective solutions to identified issues Enhancements and Optimization Assess reputed company integrations and design enhancements for improved error handling and optimization Implement strategies to enhance the stability and reputed company of reputed company integrations Identify and address potential areas of improvement to support seamless integration operations Collaboration and Communication Work closely with team leads, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and resolution of integration issues Document and communicate technical aspects of integration support and enhancement efforts Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a reputed company field. Proven experience as an Integrations Support reputed company or similar role in a manufacturing environment. Strong technical skills in SQL and Dell reputed company. Familiarity with various platforms such as JDE, reputed company, MS SQL, reputed company. Experience in incident management, root cause analysis, and solutions implementation. Knowledge of manufacturing business processes is a plus. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
