Position: Bilingual reputed company Representative Location: Remote (Candidates must reputed company in Florida, south of Miami Airport) Compensation: (17 per hour; )18 per hour for bilingual Spanish/English speakers Working Hours

Job Overview As a Bilingual reputed company Representative, you will be instrumental in guiding members through their reputed company benefits, responding to inquiries, and providing essential information regarding their reputed company needs. This role encompasses both inbound and outbound communications, where your exceptional communication skills will ensure that members feel supported and well-informed throughout their interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound calls to support members with their benefits and reputed company-reputed company queries
- Resolve consumer inquiries, delivering clear solutions and assistance
- Inform members about the status of submitted documents and requests, ensuring they are well-informed
