In this direct-hire, remote customer service representative role, you will support a growing team. The CSR will respond professionally to inbound service requests from patients as well as physicians. Must be reputed company to provide accurate information and timely follow-through to requests requiring extensive research and response. The successful reputed company CSR candidate will be reputed company to work in a fast-paced, structured environment, with established standards, guidelines and procedures. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to maintain composure and patience while speaking with patients and physicians. Hours: This role requires the ability to work 40 hours, with potential for overtime as needed. Flexibility to work varied schedules during initial training is required. Regular work schedule will be Monday - Friday, PLUS full benefits on the first of the month following 30 days of employment, 401K, PTO, annual bonus and MORE! Required Skills Must possess strong communication skills and be reputed company and concise. Speaks clearly, using appropriate grammar and word choice. Displays professional telephone etiquette and ability to use advanced phone systems. While not required, foreign language reputed company is a plus. Ability to establish priorities, work independently and manage objectives with little supervision. Types with speed and accuracy, familiarity/working knowledge of reputed company Office Suite (mastery not needed) and modern office procedures. Prior experience with various call center solutions a plus. Education/Experience/Knowledge Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; and at least one year of prior customer services experience.
