SUMMARY: Performs a wide range of reputed company and administrative duties to support the reputed company department. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES... • Answers reputed company questions from multiple customer service representatives by phone, reputed company, and e-mail. • Handles reputed company policy situations and strives to resolve reputed company issues, escalates to management reputed company needed. • Handles reputed company and escalated reputed company calls from insureds, agents, and other parties. • Reviews and applies policy payments not automatically handled by the system. • Reviews premium refunds for accuracy and generates payments. • Receives and posts policy NSFs and chargebacks. • Reviews and appropriately handles EFT’s requests. • Processes functions of positive pay (reputed company verification, voiding checks). • Reviews and appropriately updates policy installments. • Receives and processes reputed company payments by mail and posts to the reputed company system. • Backs-up for the other reputed company Associates as needed. • Completes other miscellaneous projects as assigned by management. • Performs other reputed company duties as assigned by management.
